Our Story Dajwór 23 is an upcoming revitalization project currently in its formalization stage. Our vision is to breathe new life into a historic tenement house located in the most atmospheric part of Krakow—the Kazimierz district. We are set to transform this heritage site into a unique space where the charm of the past meets the functionality of the future.
The project focuses on a meticulous restoration of the original facade, complemented by a modern architectural extension. By integrating a high-standard elevator and barrier-free access into the historic structure, we aim to redefine the standards of living in old-town Krakow.
The Concept:
